The bed was a saggy double and the electric cords for tv, hairdryer etc looked untidy and unattractive. The food was excellent to such an extent that because we needed to book out early on the Sunday the staff came in early to prepare our breakfast. Its food has an excellent reputation and uses local produce from local farms, award-winning local family butchers and oysters freshly harvested from the Menai. All the staff were friendly and helpful. On the whole we would recommend this hotel and would stay there again. We asked to be moved twice but were refused saying they were fully booked. The venue inside is really nice and looks very clean, when we arrived inside all the staff appeared hectic and busy and didn`t have much time for us, though everybody was pleasant but we felt a bit unwelcome, however the young man who brought our meals and who i payed my bill too was very pleasant.
